New Wisp Design

-- I didn't really like my old Wisp design so I decided to RE-Revamp her
Wisp is OC lol This is just my human version of her Her usual self is a cute little fox.
Just to point out, this version does not have the big fluffy fox tail because I'm retarded and forgot it until the last minute OTL but it's just a quick ref so everyone will have to forgive me lol
